Creative Problem Solving facilitator and engineer whisperer, in 2003 Elena became a practical example of Open Innovation when a multinational in the high-tech sector invited her small consultancy to help design and contribute to a 10-year innovation and change programme. An Experimental Psychology graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration with specialisations in strategic marketing, finance and innovation management, Elena spent these 10 years identifying and developing opportunities for process, product, project management and business winning innovation, and also trained and mentored a company-wide network of facilitators and innovation agents. An experienced soft-skills trainer, she also helps SMEs formulate their strategic objectives, communicate and share knowledge effectively, and manage international cultural relations.
